Ok, yea - shameless self-promotion. {bowing humbly}, but it's for a great cause. Donating a little pocket change can feed a homeless kid right here in Georgia. Every single dime you pledge goes directly to the cause instead of paying some charity executive's salary.

It's true, I am learning to give back. On the web, in my personal life, it's becoming important to give back. Call it religion, karma, or whatever makes you most comfortable, but I am learning that giving makes me stronger, and getting makes me weaker.

Skateboarding and surfing have always been a large part of my life. Early in my pre-teens, from the time my family moved to the beach, until now at the ripe old age of thirty-seven, I have enjoyed the freedom and fun associated with riding waves and surfing concrete. As a big business marketing fad, I've witnessed skateboarding come and go for over twenty-five years, but I have never seen the huge growth in the development of dedicated skate parks as I have over the last decade. It's great time to enjoy the sport of skateboarding.
